A COURTESY CALL BY THE AMBASSADOR OF THE KINGDOM OF THAILAND

On March 17, 2026, Ambassador of Mongolia to Canada H.E. Sarantogos Erdenetsogt met with His Excellency Darm Boontham, the Ambassador-designate of the Kingdom of Thailand to Canada.

The parties exchanged information on the current relations and ongoing cooperation with Canada, and discussed various topics including cooperation within the Asia-Pacific Ambassadors' Group in Canada, developing people-to-people ties with Canada, particularly deepening Mongolian and Thai peoples’ engagements with indigenous community of Canada.

Mr. Darm Boontham is an experienced diplomat who has served as Ambassador to Morocco and Saudi Arabia.
